When you apply through Human Tech Job, we collect the following information:
- Profile data: LinkedIn profile URL and/or uploaded CV (PDF, DOC, DOCX)
- Contact details: Full name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp opt-in preference
- Professional details: Tech stack, experience level, desired role, work preference, availability
When a company contacts us through our inquiry form, we collect the contact person's name, work email, company name, and hiring needs description.
If you subscribe to job alerts, we collect your email address to notify you of relevant openings.
How we use your data
- To match your profile with relevant job opportunities
- To share your profile with our dedicated head-hunters who review your skills, experience, and preferences to find positions that genuinely match your career goals
- To share your profile with hiring companies — only with your explicit consent
- To contact you about matching positions via email, phone, or WhatsApp (if opted in)
- To send job alert notifications (if subscribed)
- To respond to company inquiries
- To improve our matching process and services
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Head-hunter access to your data
When you apply through Human Tech Job, your profile data — including your CV, contact details, tech stack, and preferences — is reviewed by our team of in-house head-hunters. These are trusted members of the Human Tech Job team, not external parties. They use your information exclusively to:
- Understand your technical background and career aspirations
- Identify positions at partner companies that match your skills and preferences
- Personally pitch your profile to hiring managers at companies you have approved
- Prepare you for interviews and assist with offer negotiation
Head-hunters are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. They will never share your data outside of Human Tech Job or with any company without your prior approval.
CV and file storage
Uploaded CVs are stored securely on our servers. Files are associated with your candidate profile and are accessible only to our head-hunter team and internal staff. CVs are shared with companies only when you give explicit permission for a specific opportunity. You can request deletion of your CV at any time.
Profile sharing with companies
Your profile is shared with hiring companies only after you approve each specific opportunity. Before any introduction, our head-hunters will inform you about the company, the role, and why they believe it's a good match. We never broadcast your profile to multiple companies without your knowledge.
Cookies
